The hair industry has changed over the years. Stylists currently have many more opportunities and knowledge. They are moving to suites or booth renting but were not ready for the responsibility of the business side. They have to carry their own insurance, order their own products and supplies, deal with the taxes and still work behind the chair.
We are an appointment only salon in north Wilmington Delaware. You work the days and hours that you want. You perform only the services that you want. We handle everything else.
We have a calm comfortable working environment that is W2 not 1099. There is no non-compete or non-solicitation contract. That means your clients are yours.
We are a commission based salon with a front desk coordinator that offers a profit sharing bonus.
