Service and Retail Policy

At What’s On Top we strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If for any reason you are having challenges with your haircut or color, notify us within seven days of your visit and we will happily correct the issue. We do not offer refunds.

 

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept your retail exchange for a full credit within 30 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are not available.

 

Please note, continuing to book your appointment is an agreement to our service and retail policy.

Cancellation Policy

At this time, we do not charge a cancellation fee. We understand that life can get in the way of your plans. We do ask that you call or email your cancellation as soon as possible.

No-show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment nor call to cancel said appointment, you are considered a no-show. After two no-show appointments you will not be able to book an appointment with What’s On Top. We value your time. We ask that you value ours.
